Cookie policy

Website www.rentalme.ma

Provisional version of 6 November 2026

A cookie is a small file the site saves in your browser; the site also uses the browser's local storage. Here is everything www.rentalme.ma saves there. Audience measurement is only loaded if you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time.

1. What the site needs (without your consent)

rm_site_consent (cookie): keeps your choice about audience measurement, so you are not asked on every page. Duration: 6 months, then the banner asks again.
RM_LOCALE (cookie): keeps the language you picked in the language selector. Set only if you change language. Duration: 1 year.
rm_waitlist_dismissed (local storage): remembers that you closed the "waitlist" window, so it is not shown again. Stays until you clear the site's data in your browser.
rentalme-admin-auth (session storage): only for the RentalMe team on the blog admin page. Deleted when the tab is closed.
Cloudflare security cookies: [TO BE CONFIRMED: COOKIES CLOUDFLARE MAY SET TO PROTECT THE SITE FROM BOTS, E.G. __cf_bm, AND THEIR DURATION]

2. What is set only if you accept

_ga and _ga_<id> (Google Analytics 4 cookies, loaded by Google Tag Manager): measure the site's audience (pages viewed, device, browser) with a random identifier. Duration: [DURATION PER THE GOOGLE ANALYTICS SETTINGS, TO BE CONFIRMED]. Until you accept, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded at all.

[TO BE CHECKED: TAGS IN THE GOOGLE TAG MANAGER CONTAINER GTM-WCKB4KFP; IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER THAN GOOGLE ANALYTICS, LIST THEM HERE]

3. Changing your mind

The "Manage cookies" link, at the bottom of every page and above, reopens the banner. If you refuse after accepting, the site deletes the Google Analytics cookies it had set. You can also clear the site's cookies and data in your browser settings.

For the rest of your data (waitlist, agencies program, contact), see our privacy policy: https://www.rentalme.ma/en/privacy-policy
